Jim Pankow, Inc. is finishing up a Design/Build project in North Fond du Lac for St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.  This project is 17,995 square feet - it includes a brand new church, sanctuary, narthex, fellowship hall, offices, and additional classrooms which adjoin their existing school facility.  This new church will replace their existing off-site church, allowing members to have all facilities at the same location.  The St. Paul’s Congregation was established in 1901!

The Jim Pankow Inc. architectural team worked very closely with the St. Paul’s Building Committee for almost an entire year to establish a building program that met their needs.  We also assisted them with fund raising materials and gave presentations to the congregation which ultimately led from conceptual planning to ground breaking.
