Columbia Savings Bank has hired Jim Pankow, Inc. for the Design/Build project of their brand new bank facility on West Fond du Lac Ave. & North Ave. in Milwaukee, WI.  The new facility will replace an existing building that they have occupied for nearly 80-years.  This new building will allow them to expand their services to existing and new customers.  The building is a 2-story facility with over 10,500 square feet.  The first floor consists of offices, lobby, teller area, and personal banking areas.   The second floor includes training/community room, board room, check processing area, marketing, and room for future growth.  The building also has a basement which will be used primarily for storage.

The Jim Pankow Team was able to work closely with the City of Milwaukee to make sure this brand new building’s architecture remains consistent with the existing architecture of this area and with their future goals for redevelopment of this area.
