Columbia Savings Bank hired Jim Pankow, Inc. for the architectural design and construction of their new bank facility on West Fond du Lac Ave. & North Ave. in Milwaukee, WI.  The new facility will replaced an existing building they have occupied for nearly 80-years.  

This new building gave them much needed additional space to better serve their customers.  The building is 2-stories with over 10,500 square feet.  The first floor consists of offices, lobby, teller area, and personal banking areas.   The second floor includes training/community room, board room, check processing area, marketing, and room for future growth.  The building also has a basement which will be used primarily for storage.

The Jim Pankow Team was able to work closely with the City of Milwaukee to make sure the architecture remained consistent with their future goals for this redeveloping area.
