This is a brand new structure Designed and Built by Jim Pankow, Inc.  This multi-tenant commercial building is named “Gateway Plaza” because it is located at the main gateway into the City of Plymouth - on the intersection of Highways 23 & 57.  It is home to 4 businesses: Sweet Basil Restaurant, Century 21 Real Estate, The Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, and N’ Joy Coffee House.
