This is Kapur & Associates office headquarters in Burlington, WI.  Kapur & Associates is a very successful Civil Engineering & Survey company who knew what it was like to work with Pankow.  They hired Pankow for the architectural design and construction of this facility under a design/build contract.  The project was a great success for both Pankow and Kapur - the two companies continue to work together on a regular basis.
