NORTHSHORE BANK

Grafton, WI

The early plan for this project was for Pankow to design and build a completely new bank facility on this site in Grafton, WI.  However, shortly after the architects started drawing, it was discovered that the existing farmhouse building on the site was registered as a historical structure and could not be tore down.  Not a problem!  The Pankow architectural team worked closely with Northshore Bank executives and the Village of Grafton to come up with a plan that met the customer's needs and was appealing to the Village.

The end result of this project were even better than expected!  We are extremely proud of the work done on this site; it is a complete success story of blending the old with the new and building a structure that works well for everyone.
