Prior to having all interior design details finalized we can file for an early construction permit and break ground months in advance of what the 'traditional' method allows. Because we are a true design/build company there is never an issue of protecting our interests from “partnered” contractors or architects. And because the Design Architect to your project has an office 30-feet away from your Project Manager’s office - potential problems are often avoided before they actually become an issue.
