In most cases Time = Money. Prior to having all interior design details finalized we can file for an early construction permit and break ground months in advance of what the
'traditional' method allows. Because we are design/build and there is never an issue of protecting our interests from “partnered” contractors, we have this luxury. And because the Design Architect to your project has an office 30-feet away from your Project Manager’s office - potential problems are solved seamlessly
without you ever knowing about it.
From our initial Needs Assessment Meeting, to Schematic Floor Plans & Elevations, to Architectural Review Board Submittals, to Planning Commission Presentations, through Construction Drawings, and the Ground Breaking Ceremony
- our Project Director will be working for you to make sure deadlines are met and all expectations are exceeded.
